Commercial Terms &CopyrightFramework
The legal and operational terms governing purchase contracts, specification tolerances, freight logistics, and intellectual property protections for Gulf Fiber Company (PVT) Limited.

Specification governance & orders
Every consignment leaving the Gulf Fiber plant is bound by written technical specifications, agreed tolerances, and pre-shipment quality verification.
Quotations & Contracts
All formal price quotations, proforma invoices, and contract commitments are issued in writing by authorized company management. Quotations reflect prevailing polymer raw material indices and energy tariffs at the time of issuance and remain valid for the period explicitly stipulated on the commercial document.
Orders become legally binding upon written purchase order confirmation and settlement of agreed advance or letter of credit (L/C) arrangements.
Technical Tolerances
Fiber specifications across the 1.2D - 60D range (linear density, staple cut length, crimp frequency, tensile strength, and oil pick-up / spin finish) adhere to international textile manufacturing standards (ASTM / ISO).
Custom tailored parameters requested by client spinning mills or nonwoven converters are documented in the mutual technical data sheet (TDS) accompanying the supply agreement.

Packaging standards & consignment transit
Factory-direct dispatch protocols designed to protect physical fiber integrity from warehouse loading to customer receiving mills.
High-Density Moisture Baling
Standard staple fiber is compressed into 200–300 kg high-density bales wrapped in heavy multi-layer polypropylene with high-tensile steel strapping. Roll goods (wadding, felt, interlinings) are vacuum poly-wrapped to prevent ambient moisture ingress.
Export Container Loading
Full Container Load (FCL 20ft & 40ft HC) loading is executed directly on plant ramps at 33-KM Multan Road, Lahore, and coordinated via dry port or bonded road transit to Karachi Sea Ports (Karachi Port / Port Qasim) for global ocean export.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every consignment is dispatched with an authentic Certificate of Analysis. Any discrepancy in weight or specification must be formally notified in writing with laboratory counter-test data within 14 calendar days of consignment arrival.
