In-house verification

Four checks that
decide the bale

Verification is placed where the outcome is still recoverable: before the melt, at the fibre, and before the bale is sealed.

  1. Incoming feedstock control

Polymer and post-consumer flake are assessed before the melt stage, which is where recycled-input consistency is either won or lost.

    Verified
  2. Tensile analysis

In-house tensile testing establishes the load-bearing behaviour that governs spinning efficiency and end-product durability.

    Verified
  3. Moisture verification

Moisture is verified before baling, because a sealed bale only protects material that was already within specification.

    Verified
  4. Certificate of Analysis

Consignments are documented with a Certificate of Analysis so the receiving mill can reconcile delivered material against the agreed specification.

Production sequence

Control points,
stage by stage

The same four production stages published on the homepage, read here for where control is applied rather than for throughput.

  1. Polymer Sorting & Flake Refining

Incoming post-consumer PET and clean polymer are sorted, washed and refined to a consistent flake feedstock before any melt stage begins.

  2. Melt Extrusion & Quenching

Refined feedstock is melted and extruded through spinnerets, then quenched to lock filament geometry and set the target linear density.

  3. Drafting & Thermomechanical Crimping

Filaments are drawn to develop molecular orientation and tenacity, then thermomechanically crimped to the bulk and cohesion the end process requires.

  4. Rotary Cutting & Moisture-Baling

Tow is cut to the specified staple length and pressed into moisture-sealed bales for damage-free transit and automated warehouse handling.

Quality Assurance Record

Consignment Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Every dispatched bale shipment is accompanied by verified laboratory batch metrics covering denier, cut length tolerance, tensile strength, elongation, and moisture limits.

Send the specification.
Test the bale yourself.

We would rather be measured on a sample against your own method sheet than on a claim published on a website.
