Welcome to Gulf Fiber.
In 1993, I moved to Saudi Arabia with an ambition to earn foreign income for future investment in my home country. Operating a production facility in Pakistan has always been challenging due to high energy prices and various structural bottlenecks.
Despite these challenges, I took a financial risk and established Gulf Fiber in 1999 to fulfill my ultimate goal: creating job opportunities alongside generating financial returns.
For more than two decades, we have achieved considerable growth and excellence. Through a supportive and dedicated workforce, we deliver diversified products to our global partners while actively driving local economic growth.

From our founding staple fiber plant in 1999 to today's 15,000+ T automated production capacity, explore the key milestones and expansions across a quarter-century of industrial operations.
Established in Pakistan by Muhammad Iftikhar as a specialized synthetic fiber manufacturing plant, supplying high-tenacity polyester staple fibers to domestic yarn spinning mills.
Capital investment in automated multi-zone screw extruders, high-speed drawing stands, and automated hydraulic baling presses, scaling continuous output capacity.
Expanded production into siliconized conjugate hollow fibers, thermal-bonded wadding sheets, and high-speed stitch-bonded reinforcement fabrics for bedding, apparel, and geotextiles.
Commissioned an in-house polymer washing and flake refining line under GRS chain-of-custody, paired with a multi-shed rooftop solar photovoltaic installation for clean green plant operations.
Formalized institutional quality management under ISO 9001:2015, achieved OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certification, and equipped our in-house lab with digital testing apparatus and electronic balances.
Operating 15,000+ T of annual production capacity with 250+ skilled staff, delivering batch-tested synthetic materials with electronic single-fiber tenacity verification to 350+ industrial partners.
